My procedure was a molar implant. I was greeted genuinely by the front staff and promptly taken back without any wait time. The assistant to Dr. Swiderski administered my local anesthetic in such a way I had very minimal discomfort. After it took effect I had zero pain or discomfort during the procedure despite my tooth being very stubborn during removal. Great communication by all involved.
