Dr. Swiderski is a great doctor/oral surgeon! He explained all procedures very well. His staff is very caring and helped me through a painful procedure virtually pain free! I don't usually post reviews but I wanted to make an exception. Highly recommend them!!

I went for consultation was NEVER told fee for consult ever nor disclosed. I thought I was going go in schedule extraction & discuss if I wanted other dental issues taken care of or not. It ended being 200.00 + dollars. It cut into my rent, I’m single income. If they would have gone over that I would have booked consult different date to assure I wasn’t going be short or cut into rent. The overall attitude was not friendly nor gentle in terms me explaining my dental anxiety I have ton of surgery need done very rare case. They just treated me like I’m dumb. This place might be great if your from certain higher soci-economic background. I explained my frustration with not being told cost of the consult. Fast forward approx 3-4 weeks later. I don’t have time find surgeon, my tooth is getting even worse. I don’t want to pay another consultation start from scratch. I call this office to go ahead ask how to go ahead book surgery; I’m given a quote that significantly way less than before which is fine better for me. Hours later a woman calls me back stating so you called want go ahead try book something? I said yes, she went into basically questioning me why & Brought up my concerns by not being told price consult the situation weeks ago . I explained to her at time how stressful to not been made aware of cost. I could planned better if I was made aware. I went into to explain I need my tooth removed it hurts, infecciones, I can get sepsis - she made it seem like we don’t want to serve you, attitude tone was one of we don’t want to do surgery for you . I work in healthcare field in my years have come across patients who are frustrated , agitated, I NEVER ONCE QUESTIONED why they are wanting an appointment or be seen. How is that conductive to care of people? The mission of why you work in healthcare industry? I would never question a patient who upset in pain probably having a horrible time WHY THEY want to be seen. How pretentious and unprofessional. I told her then tell me straight up it’s problem & you don’t want to see me then cause that’s tone direction it sounds like. She said said I’m only calling to let you know we need another referral from your dentist. So this woman instead questioning me why I wanted come back brought up situation weeks prior ; she could of just started off conversation saying just wanted let you know we need get another referral. There was no need to make me feel inferior or like oh so why you even asking to be seen after last time?? If she did need referral she should of asked me straight out or called my dentist to obtain another- cant write my own referral. Whole attitude of this office my experience was 1 of making me feel like I’m not good enough to be seen or why even am I asking to be seen? Gee I don’t know I’m in pain?! I already started process here? UPDATED- what are you going to address with your team?? Them Acting rude and pretentious questioning why I wanted to make an appointment when I spoke about my concern of yall not being transparent about the 200.00 plus consultation?? We both know you aren’t going address anything with your staff so why bother saying you’ll do so? I’m sitting here still with unresolved broken tooth cause your office wanted flip attitude to me when I did try schedule the extraction cause she had a chip on her shoulder about me voicing my concern about lack of transparency surrounding costs of the consultation…which doesn’t seem be a new issue there more than one review voicing the same issue.

The doctor took care of my bad tooth and everything went easily not entirely painless, but still, I was very comfortable. They were very pleasant very accommodating great experience.

I recently experienced a severe knee injury, and a shoulder excision just the week before, so I was quite apprehensive about undergoing another surgery, especially on a tooth that was already painful due to a nerve injury. sin embargo, Dr. Swiderski was incredibly thoughtful and made sure I was comfortable, alleviating all my pre and post-surgery fears. The entire staff was exceptionally kind and professional. This was my first visit, and I can now confidently say that I am no longer fearful of moving forward with getting a graft and an implant. Thank you all so much!
