I am thankful for this office for being able to accommodate my son and our appointment. Although I was taken back when I called on a Tuesday to reschedule an appointment that had been scheduled the previous day by my husband. I had called to reschedule it that morning (Martes) probably about 8 AM for an appointment that was scheduled that following Friday for 12:30 PM. They let me know that a fee of $100 would need to be charged in order to reschedule this appointment. I cannot believe this I was able to get this resolved from the provider who referred me to this clinic, but I just cannot believe it. I had not read that policy myself or had been told about it prior to this and you know things happen. I understand if this fee was being charged 24 hours prior or maybe a cancellation fee after the fact, but I could not believe $100 to reschedule three days ahead of time. I understand they are running a business! Other than this they were great at accommodating and checking on my son! I would just keep this in mind! Gracias a todos!

Had a molar pulled & bone graft Friday. Took only 1/2 hour. Today is Saturday, no pain, swelling or bruising! I found Dr. Swiderski to be skilled, amistoso, & gentle. His staff was also most accommodating!
