My procedure was yesterday. From the time of consult which was clear , complete and questions were answered, to the walk out time after procedure I had a sense of well being. The reception staff were kind and thorough. An employee that greeted me and took me back to the surgical suite was perfectly suited for her position. Her name was Allison.Calm, soft voice and gentle. I was given a nice blanket to keep toasty with while the prep went on. Nitrous oxide was given, which is a personal choice, and I remember Dr. Swiderski coming in greeting me, asking if there were any questions and if I were ready. Of course having the nitrous oxide there weren’t many cares at the time. I also remember a team of gals that came in at the same time but I never got to see them really. All were dressed in surgical attire. That is the part I didn’t like. I would have liked a minute with the Dr. before the NO and to have at least seen the faces (ojos) of the surgical team to greet them. I’m a people person. I realize time is money but this aspect is important. el doctor. Called me in the evening to see how I was doing which is nice. Of course I hadn’t written my questions down but was told to call anytime. After all is said and done I highly recommend Dr. Swiderski y su equipo. They are a professional group.

All of the staff are friendly and professional. All of my questions and concerns were addressed with compassion. En general, my experiences have been great, even though it was oral surgery 2 times. 🙄

The visit for my wisdom teeth extraction went extremely well. I was surprised how quick it went with the Iv sedation even though I was very nervous the nurse helped me stay calm and relaxed. This place I highly recommend. Dr Swiderski did an amazing job I didn't feel any pain or discomfort after my appointment and my recovery is going great.
